6 Awesome Meals That Promote Healthy Weight

Some smoothies can be very effective for weight loss because their ingredients are effective at melting the stomach fat that’s causing you to look overweight. It should be noted though, some smoothies can be very bad for you, i.e., those rich in sugar and fat. Make sure that the smoothie recipes you follow do not include things like whole-fat milk, juice, or ice cream. Keep your smoothies entirely organic. You can use honey as a natural sweetener, although you don’t use too much of it. Too much honey can be just the same as using sugar.


Rather than specifying particular recipes, this post will instead tell you about different meals that you can have and make your own. Risottos can be very healthy as long as they contain fresh ingredients and no cheese. A lot of people cover their risotto in Parmesan cheese; make sure that you don’t. Too much cheese can make your risotto very unhealthy. You can use it a little bit, though. If it is possible, then you should try to use fish in your risotto. Fish is a very healthy type of meat and can be very good for maintaining a healthy weight. Broccoli, kale, and chard can also be great additions to a risotto.

Fish, potatoes, and asparagus is a very popular meal in parts of the world where fish is consumed regularly. Kabsa is an Arabic dish, which is just rice and chicken. There are many variants of this dish and lots of different ways that you can cook it. Some people bake the chicken, whereas others grill it. It is a very basic dish and is therefore very good for you. However, it is very common for this dish to be fattened up with yogurts and all kinds of sauces. Keep yours as simple as possible if you want to be healthy, but be sure to use healthy Arabic spices.


Pizza doesn’t have to be unhealthy. In fact, there are some very effective ways of transforming it into an incredibly healthy dish. You could use wholewheat dough and fresh tomatoes, and omit the cheese. There are countless recipes on the internet for healthier pizza. You can buy a pizza stone and make it in your oven at home. Again, though, it is important to omit the cheese. The cheese that’s used in pizza is usually very high in fat and also slathered all over it. Try to avoid canned tomato paste, too. Sometimes, salt and sugar are added to canned tomato pastes to enhance their flavor. You could even put fruit on your pizzas to make them healthier.


Porridge is a great way to start your day. So far, this list’s meal suggestions have all been for dinner or lunch. Porridge is a great breakfast because it is high in protein. You can also enhance your porridge’s health factor by including nuts, raisins, dried fruits, and other things. Make sure that you go easy on the milk and sugar, though. A lot of people slather their porridge in honey or sugar. Others use very high-fat milk. Try to use skimmed milk and avoid adding sweeteners if you can, because otherwise, your porridge won’t be as healthy as it could be.
